| Abstract: | A liquid chromatographic procedure combined with amperometric detection (LCEC) was developed for the determination of some local anaesthetics , based on the investigation of the electrochemical behavior of the analytes by cyclic voltammetry. The established LCEC method for local anaesthetics proved to be completely comparable with liquid chromatography/ultra-viollet spectrometric detection at 254 nm. |
