| 摘 要： | 本文对线性联立计量经济学模型的识别做了较系统地整理与证明。同时由本文定理１的证明过程知，恰好和过度识别无本质的区别，故作者在建议；在计量经济学中，不引入恰好识别和过度识别两概念为妥。
