高耐磨钢渣水泥砂浆的研究

摘    要:通过对钢渣种类、粒径及掺量对水泥砂浆耐磨性影响的研究,以及对掺加钢渣的水泥砂浆的后期稳定性和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的研究,探讨了利用钢渣制备高耐磨路面的可行性及工艺参数。该项研究对于提高路面的耐磨性和抗滑能力,增加道路混凝土的绿色含量具有重要的意义。

Abstract:The slippery-resistance performance of cement pavement is decided by concrete's wear-resistance.The influences of steel slag's type,size and content on the wear-resistance of cement mortar were investigated.And the stability and anti-sulphate attacking ability of cement mortar with steel slag were also researched.The results show that with the optimal type and content of steel slag,2.5mm to 5.0mm steel slag acts like fine aggregate.The wear-resistance of cement mortar can be improved markedly.And the steel slag with high content of Fe 2O 3 and low content of C 3S will not do harm to the durability of concrete pavement.
