| Abstract: | A simple and reliable method for the analysis of mixtures of water- and fat-soluble vitamins in the UV spectral region has
been developed using the chemometrical algorithm of self-modeling curve resolution for the decomposition of the spectra of
mixtures. The influence of various factors on the result of spectra decomposition has been investigated. The proposed method
has been applied to the analysis of model vitamin mixtures as well as multivitamin preparations and energetic drinks. |
