摘    要:本文以世界师范教育发展的历史为背景 ,从三个根本方面对亚太、欧美等地的师资培养途径进行比较分析 ,对我国师资培养实践中出现的一些具有代表性的观点进行了细致的理论分析 ,为 2 1世纪我国师资培养途径的改革和发展提出了建议

Abstract:On the basis of the teacher training education history in the world,this paper analyses the teacher training approaches adopted in Asian,European and American Countries from three fundamental aspects on comparative education perspective,and in this paper there are discussed in detail some representative views in teacher training practice.Meanwhile,the paper also gives some advice on the reform of our teacher training approaches.
