Triphenylmethyldifluoramine: a stable reagent for the synthesis of gem-bis(difluoramines)

Abstract:The conversion of ketones into geminal bis(difluoramines) can be achieved under mild two-phase reaction conditions by employing triphenylmethyldifluoramine as an in situ source of difluoramine.
