| 摘 要： | 在视频业务应用(如视频电话)越来越广泛的今天,研究其质量评估方法具有十分重要的意义.本文结合ITU-T规范介绍了视频质量评估的研究背景和现状、评估方法、规范进展等,其中包含了一些还在研究的规范,使得对视频质量评估的国际规范进程有了一定了解,对以后的研究工作和业务的更好开展都有着促进作用.

| Abstract: | Today,more widely usage in the video services（such as video telephone）,the study of quality assessment method has great significance.This paper describes the research background and current status of video quality assessment,assessment methods and standards’ progress,including which are still under study,making a certain understanding of the video quality assessment process of international norms,and having a facilitating role on the future research work and better conducting of video business. |
