自复叠制冷中节流阀开度对流量影响实验研究

摘    要:自复叠制冷循环中节流阀的开度对于整个系统循环的性能有直接影响.文中针对自复叠制冷循环中主节流阀和支节流阀开度对流量的影响进行了实验研究.实验结果表明:主节流阀开度、支节流阀开度对于主流流量和支流流量都有显著地影响;在相同开度变化下,主节流阀与支节流阀的交互效应对于主流的影响比支流的影响大.

Abstract:The opening of throttle valves had direct impact on the performance of the auto-cascade refrigeration circle.The effects of the main throttle valve and the tributary throttle valve on refrigerants flows in auto-cascade system were experimentally studied.The results showed that: the opening of the main throttle valve and the tributary throttle has significant impacts on both the main flow and the tributary flow.The interaction of the main throttle valve and the tributary throttle valve has a higher impact on the main tributary flow than the tributary one.
