摘    要:在高校实验教学过程中,作者结合自身本科生植物生理学实验课教学经验,对该课程的教学改革以及学生实践技能和综合、创新能力的培养提出若干意见:1)狠抓"基础",重视基本实验技能的培养,保证学生了解实验基本原理、熟练掌握实验操作方法以及具有科学思维能力的基础上,开展综合性实验教学。2)注重"创新",强化综合实验技能,通过开放实验室,让学生接触运用先进实验仪器,同时参与教师的课题研究,激发学生的独立探究意识,培养学生科研能力。3)关注"细节",完善创新人才培养,创新改革过程中要逐步完善实验成绩评定体系,力求客观公正的评定学生综合实验能力,同时考虑实验材料经济性,遵循科学、简洁、安全、节约的原则,合理安排实验顺序。

Abstract:According to our teaching experience of plant physiological experiment,we discuss the teaching innovation of this experiment course,in order to develop practical skills and comprehensive and innovative capacity of students.The paper discussed some questions: 1)The teaching reformation of plant physiological experiment in paying attention to base theory,basic experimental skills and scientific thinking students.2)Focusing on "innovation" and enhancing the comprehensive experimental skills.In order to inspire the independent scientific exploring idea and ability,we opened the library and let students attend to teachers’ studying and use the developmental instruments.3)Concerning "details" and improving training of innovative personnel.We should consummate the system of achievement test step by step in order to objectively assess the capacity of students.In addition,we should range the courses according to the principles of science,simply,safety and economy.
