氧化铝陶瓷内衬钢管的静态生成及性能研究

摘    要:采用静态自蔓延铝热剂房制备陶瓷内衬钢管,添加物SiO26对反应过程及陶瓷衬层显微组织成份有很大的影响,直接影响反应速度和内衬层的表面质量。同时,内衬层的密度,气孔 状,抗热震性能均有一定变化,而抗蚀性能和抗磨性能对SiO2量的变化反应不明显,适量的SiO2对陶瓷衬层的质量有利。

Abstract:Ceramic lined steel pipes can be produced by SHS thermit process. The additives SiO 2 have a great influence on reacting process, microstructure and constituents of cermic layers.The results show that with the addition of SiO 2, the shapes of microstructure changes from columnar crystals to dendritic ones. Meanwhile,the density of lined layer,the shape of gaseous holes and the properity of resistance against corrosion and abrasion also have somehow changed.From above it can be seen that the proper amount of SiO 2 has good effects on qualities of ceramic lined pipes.
