Effective cleavage of ditertiary glycols via vanadium(V)-catalyzed aerobic oxidation

Abstract:The aerobic oxidation of ditertiary glycols catalyzed by oxytrichlorovanadium resulted in carbon-carbon bonds cleavage producing the ketones efficiently.
