摘    要:本文在超新集团泛雅网络教学平台上引入“翻转课堂”教学模式、信息化考核机制等,让学生充分参与到教学中来;建设分层自主学习资源,直观形象地展现课程内容,培养学生自主学习能力、半导体器件应用及项目开发能力;搭建TCAD综合实验平台,一体化集成器件仿真分层学习资源,学生可以随时随地在校园内登录平台查阅资料完成课题任务,激发学生学习兴趣,提高教学效果。

Abstract:This paper introduces"flip classroom"teaching mode,information assessment mechanism,etc.in the super-star Group Fan Ya network teaching platform,so that students fully participate in teaching;building stratified self-learning resources,visually display the course content,in-depth understanding of course knowledge points from engineering cases,and develop students'self-learning ability,semiconductor device application and project development capability;constrcuction TCAD comprehensive experimental platform,integration integrated device simulation layered learning resources,students can log on the platform to access the data at anytime and anywhere to complete the task,stimulate students'interest in learning,improve teaching effect.
