摘    要:一本文介绍了改进型双框架式硅微角振动陀螺仪的结构特点及工作机理,给出了它的力学模型,分析了它的各种误差,这对于研制该型陀螺仪具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:This paper introduces the construction features and Operation prin- ciple of an improved silicon micromechanical angular vibratory gyroscope with double gimbals. The mechanical model is presented , and several kinds of errors are analyzed. There is a certain reference value to develop the gyroscope.
