| Abstract: | A novel synthesis of 5-chloro-2-aminobenzenephosphonic acid from 2,5-dichloroani-line is reported in this paper. Tlie total yields of the novel synthesis is 41% and nearly three times aslarger as that of the syntheasis from m-chloroaniline. |
