| 摘 要： | 快速反应中心问题是服务设施定位的一个重要问题，解决问题的思路是从设置一个中心开始，逐步增加中心个数，直至达到目标为止，提出了一个动态解法，给出了二个案例的解，并讨论了其给出的决策信息。
