摘    要:研制了实验室可自制的多种微/纳电喷雾喷头。喷头制作简单且易于操作,并利用利血平标准样品测试了各种微/纳电喷雾喷头的性能,显示了其高灵敏、低消耗的显著特点。

Abstract:Several homemade micro/nanoelectrospray emitters for laboratory use have been described in this article, and these tips are easy to fabricate and operate. The standard reserpine has been used to test the performance of all these tips. Compared with the conventional electrospray emitter, these micro/nanoelectrospray emitters have been proved to have a high sensitivity and low consumption.
