| Abstract: | Modified nucleotides are ubiquitous in all functional RNA, such as ribosomal RNA. The identification of modified nucleotides is essential for understanding the functional role of RNA in living cells. This review is devoted to methods used to identify modified nucleotides in ribosomal RNA. |
