Abstract: | Candida rugosa lipase immobilized on maghemite nanoparticles demonstrated high stereoselectivity in kinetic resolution of racemic carboxylates and improved long-term stability over its parent free enzyme, allowing the supported enzyme to be repeatedly used for a series of chiral resolution reactions. |
