超速叶轮的弹塑性分析

摘    要:从旋转圆盘的理论分析出发,对增压器压气机叶轮做了一系列的简化与假设,得到叶轮在弹塑性状态时的应力场、位移场及残余变形场的理论解,为叶轮的超速加工工艺规程提供了理论的定量依据.

Abstract:Based on some assumptions and simplification, the general elasto plastic analytical results of stress, displacement and residual deformation fields in a impeller of supercharger are presented in this paper, according to the theoretical analysis of rotating discs. A theoretical quantitative criterion of the technique rule in "overspeed" manufacture of impellers is developed.
