| 摘 要： | 根据相关海事国际公约和国内法律法规对强制性和非强制性模拟器训练的要求,航海院校学生和在职船员必须加强实际操船能力,为此航海类院校利用航海模拟器进行操舵技术技能竞赛.文中细致地设计了操舵技术技能竞赛的方案,同时介绍了其操作方法及注意事项,对航海院校学生和在职船员在实践技能方面能起到积极的作用.
