| 摘 要： | 用模糊综合评判方法作为项目采购管理中供方资源选择的评价工具，引入模糊综合评判数学模型，结合对IT行业设备制造商的具体考核评分进行评价选择设计，形成一种使用模糊综合评判技术作为项目采购管理中供方资源选择评价工具的方法．该方法综合考虑了供方资源选择中的诸多考核指标，可以作为供方资源选择的一种评价工具．

| Abstract: | The technology of fuzzy synthetical evaluation is applied as an evaluating tool in the vendor source selection of the Project Procurement Management. The model of fuzzy synthetical evaluation is introduced, and an employment of it based on the performance evaluating of 5 IT equipment manufactures is demonstrated. A way is developed made to utilize the technology of fuzzy synthetical evaluation as an evaluating tool in the source selection of the Project Procurement Management. This method, with the comprehensive concern of many factors, be used as an evaluating tool in the source selection. |
