大理地区白族、汉族幽门螺杆菌感染的流行病学研究

目的:了解白族与汉族感染幽门螺杆菌的差异性,为防治白族地区幽门螺杆菌感染提供重要的科学依据,填补国内空白.方法:对1025例大理地区白族、汉族人群,经电子胃镜检查取胃窦粘膜3～5块,溃疡、癌肿者在不同部位取2～3块粘膜作病理检测及HP(幽门螺杆菌检测).关于HP检测,取经检组织作HPUT(幽门螺杆菌快速尿素酶检测)试验,同时应用ELISA法检测血清抗HP-IgG,两项检测HP均阳性为HP感染.结果:1025例中,HP阳性631例,阳性率为61.5%.白族感染率为62.3%,汉族感染率57.8%,)二组间差异无显著性.结论:本研究认为大理地区白族、汉族HP感染与民族和饮食习惯,年龄的关系与国内外报道相符.

Epidemic research in bai minority people and han people with helicobacter pyloti infection

objective: To explore Hp(Helicobacter pylori) Infection difference between Bai minority people and Han people.To provide scientific evidence for prevention and treatment Hp infection in areas where Bai people live in.Methods: 1025 patients including Bai and Han people in Dali district were taken3-5pice gastric mucosa for pathology detection and Hp detection by Hput test under the electronic gastroscope.At the mean time all patient were taken blood samples for serum anti-HP-IgG detected by ELISA.Iftwo tests are positive the Hp infection can be diagnosed.Results: 631 cases(61.5%) Hp is positive.Hp infect rate in Bai people is 62.3%,inHan people is 57.8%,and there is no difference between the two groups.Conclusions: The Hpinfection rate is 61.5% in Dali district where Bai and Han people live in,and the relationship with nationality,diet habit,and age correspond to reports from China and oversea.
