| 摘 要： | 结合了全装修住宅建设的实际,分析了传统家庭装修行业的产业特征及所面临的问题;以住宅室内设计的3个特点为基础,对全装修住宅进行了策略分析,讨论了通过设计定位方法解决住宅全装修中的各种问题,并阐述了室内设计师在住宅全装修活动中的地位和作用。

| Abstract: | Combining with the practices of industrialized residential-housing construction,the author analyzes the industry characters of traditional residential-housing decoration and the problems which are confronted with the rapid development of residential-housing industry as well as the direction of reforming in the future.Based on three characters of industrialized residential-housing design,the author makes a politic analysis with a brand-new perspective,and deduct many sorts of methods to resolve the problems in the industrialized residential-housing decoration,consequently promoting the healthy development of industrialized residential-housing construction.The author also expounds the status and function of interior designers in the whole industrialized residential-housing industry. |
