Compressibility effects under conditions of convective stability of miscible fluids in a porous medium

The effect of compressibility on the convective stability of equilibrium of a binary mixture in a homogeneous porous medium is analyzed. It is shown that the contribution of compressibility significantly increases the equilibrium stability with respect to oscillatory perturbations.Moscow.
