| 摘 要： | 为观察老年慢性支气管炎急性发作期头发中微量元素的变化，测定了50例老年慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者和40例正常对照组头发中锌、铁、铜、钙、锰、铅6种元素含量。结果表明，慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者发中锌、铁、铜、钙含量明显低正常对照组（P＜0．01）。提示头发中微量元素减少与慢性支气管炎易反复感染有一定的关系。

| Abstract: | To observe and study the change of trace element in hair of the aged patients with acute stage of chronic bronchitis.The content of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mn and Pb in hair of fifty old patients with acute stage of chronic bronchitis and in hair of the control group was determined.The results showed that the content of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca in hair of patients with acute stage of aged chronic bronchitis were lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).It concluded that the reduction of trace element in hair was associated with repetitive of chronic bronchitis. |
