Quantitative structure activity relationships for some antitumor platinum(II) complexes

The INDO–SCF method is used to provide electronic indices which are used as independent variables. These attempt to account for the variation in the antitumor activity and toxicity observed within a series of analogs of cis-diamino dichloro platinum(II).
