| 摘 要： | 建设服务型政府的关键问题是培育政府服务精神,吉林省建设服务型政府过程中也面临着政府服务精神培育问题。根据吉林省服务型政府建设的实际情况,制度建设是吉林省政府服务精神培育的重要路径。本文分析了吉林省政府服务精神培育的三条制度路径:切实推行政务公开制度、完善政府绩效评估制度和健全行政法律制度,以期为吉林省服务型政府的建设提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Cultivating the government service spirit is the key problem of building a service-oriented government.Jilin province is also facing the problem of government service spirit fosters in the process of building a service-oriented government.According to the actual development situation of Jilin service-oriented government,system construction is the important path of Jilin province government service spirit fosters.This paper mainly analyses the three system path of Jilin province government service spirit fosters: practical affairs public system,improving the government performance appraisal system and perfecting administrative law system to provide theoretical basis for the construction of service government of Jilin province. |
