冷轧钢基复合材料复合轧制P-H图及其应用

摘    要:提出冷轧钢基复合材料轧制厚度控制的P-H图,利用复合轧制P-H图描述复合材料轧制过程中复合材与基材的厚度变化与轧制力、张力之间的关系。应用结果表明:用P-H图可方便备料和确定轧辊原始辊缝,可实现对冷轧钢基复合材料的轧制厚度及厚度比进行在线自动控制;通过增加张力水平,可以减小复合轧制力,可达到用较少规格的原材料获得多规格的产品的效果。

Abstract:In this paper, the concept of the composite rolling P-H diagram of cold rolling steel matrix composite is put forward for the first time. The diagram can be used to clearly describe the relation between the thickness ratio of composite to base material and the tension and that between the ratio and the rolling force. With the P-H diagram, it is convenient to prepare materials to be rolled and determine the mill intermesh and automatic online control of composite rolling is also made possible. By adjusting the tension, the rolling force can be cut down and more specifications of steel matrix composites can be produced with relatively fewer specifications of raw materials.
