机载AIS接收机冲突概率分析

摘    要:通过加装机载自动识别系统(AIS)接收机,可解决宽海域的民用船舶识别问题,扩充岸基船舶交通管理系统(VTS)站的监测范围。对机载AIS接收机接收海面船舶AIS信号的冲突概率进行了理论分析,推导出观测时间与发现概率的关系,通过搭建模拟环境,对接收性能进行了仿真,并给出了相应的结论。

Abstract:Equipping the AIS(Automatic Identification System) receiver onto the airplane can solve the identification problem of wide range civil ships and expand the surveillance range of the onshore AIS station. In this paper the collision probability of airborne AIS receiver is investigated and the relationship between observation time and discovering rate is concluded. The receiving performance is simulated and relevant conclusion is drawn.
