Electromagnetic field created by a dipole oscillator in an anisotropic medium |

| Abstract: | General expressions in a covariant form for the fields created by arbitrary oriented electric and magnetic dipole oscillators in an anisotropic medium are obtained. As a simple application, a cold plasma is considered. The near zone and resonance cones are investigated as limit cases. |
