端视ICP-AES法测定水中的有机碳

摘    要:本文建立了利用端视ICP-AES技术测定水中有机碳的方法。本法检出限为0.6mg/L,灵敏度比国外同类方法提高了大约八倍,方法精密度好,其相对标准偏差0.4% ̄3.2%(n=6),回收率在83.6% ̄109.0%之间,本法前处理简单,测定速度快,灵敏度高,适合天然水中有机碳的测定。

Abstract:A method for determination of organic carbon in water by axially viewed ICP AES was established.The detection limit of this method was 0.6mg/L.The sensitivity was raised about eight times than that of similar method reported.The RSD is between 0.4% and 3.2%( n =6).The recoveries are in the range of 83.6% and 109.0%.The method is simple,fast and simple pretreatment.This method was applied to the analysis of natural water with satisfactory.
