显微测温灵敏度的研究

摘    要:本文叙述了显微测温仪的结构原理和温度灵敏度,并根据光学系统的参数和黑体辐射定律及探测器的噪音等效功率,推导出了NET的计算公式,从而为研制和应用显微测温仪器提供了重要依据.

Abstract:This paper describes constitutional principle and sensitivity of temperature on the infraredmicroscope. According to the parameter of optical system and law of black -body] radiation andnoise equivalent power of the infrared detector, the formula of calculating NET is strictly inferred,which provide the important basis for the research and application of instruments in the microscopicmeasuring temperature.
