| 摘 要： | 设计了基于超级电阻测温仪及二等标准铂电阻温度计等测试设备的LabVIEW软件平台。该软件实现了对被测热电阻信号进行实时采集、处理、分析等功能。与测试设备一起构成工业铂、铜热电阻自动测试系统。该系统解决了手动测试下的接线复杂、效率低下、计量人员劳动强度大等问题,现场应用取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | A LabVIEW software platform was designed based on testing equipments of super-resistance temperature detector and secondary standard platinum resistance thermometer.The software platform achieves functions of real-time acquisition and analysis of tested thermal resistance signals and can deal with tested thermal resistance signals.The software platform and testing equipments constitute the automatic testing system of industrial platinum & copper resistance.The system solves the problems of complex connection,low efficiency and gager’s high laboring intensity on the condition of manual testing.Field application effect of the system is better. |
