| 摘 要： | 基层民主建设是中国民主建设的一个重要组成部分。基层民主的发展与建设情况，直接影响着社会主义民主的实现程度和发展水平。农村基层民主建设是基层民主建设的一个重要部分。由于农村的特殊情况，农村基层民主建设还很不完善。本文对我国农村基层民主建设四个基本环节中存在的问题进行了深入分析，在此基础上提出巩固民主建设的对策。
