圆锥-长筒组合壳体连接处应力公式的修正和验算

摘    要:利用研究组合壳体常用的应力法对已有的计算圆锥-长筒组合壳体连接处径向应力和周向应力通用公式进行验算, 发现其周向应力公式不符合应力法原理. 由此, 提出修正函数对其进行修正. 然后, 利用有限元软件ANSYS对推导和修正公式的精确度进行检验, 结果表明: 公式计算值和ANSYS模拟值的偏差率基本在5%左右, 证明该公式精度足以满足实际工程的要求, 可为实际工程所使用.

Abstract:The paper refers to the existing theory in calculating combined shell of cone-long cylinder’s radial stress and circumferential stress, and the force of law which is commonly used to analyze the combined shell. In this study, it is found that the function calculating circumferential stress does not match the force of law principle. In this paper, we then present a function that is proven to better describe the real-problem. Finally, using the finite element software ANSYS to inspect the function, and deviation rate is the basic formula to calculate the value of and ANSYS simulation values of about 5%, it shows that the proposed function meets the technical requirements, and can thus be applied for practical problems.
