| Abstract: | Based on the teaching reformation and new education system for port, channel and coast engineering speciality, and demand for personnel training in the knowledge-based economy era, the importance and opening as well as construction principles are discussed with considering the characteristics of the engineering science, a lot of thought in the process of teaching materials to be built is put forward in this paper. |
