| 摘 要： | 价值工程是一项广泛应用于企业提高经营效率的技术经济分析方法,主要运用价值规律,分析事物价值系数、功能等,价值系数可用下列公式表示,即价值系数(V)=功能(F)/费用或成本(C).它表示事物有益程度的尺度,功能则是某些事物必须完成的事项,费用或成本为完成某功能而投入的经费成本或寿命周期费用,价值工程的目的是通过对事物价值进行科学分析,使其以最低的费用可靠地实现必要功能.
