1991—1998年竞走运动发展的状况分析及21世纪展望

运用文献资料，常规数理统计，灰色建模等研究方法，对1991－1998年世界竞走运动的发展状况进行了分析表明：1995年底竞走定义的修改并未对世界竞走运动的发展产生不良影响，展望今后世界竞走运动发展的新思路：充分利用竞走运动的特殊性和人体生物力学界限标准及比赛中裁判员的判罚界限标准进行训练和比赛，改善和提高训练，比赛的方法，手段，特别是高原训练的方法，手段，完善赛前运动员运动能力的控制和比赛中走动节奏的控制。更加重视科学选材及心理训练和恢复训练等都是今后世界竞走运动发展的趋势。

AN ANALYSIS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF WORLD HEEL-AND-TOEWALKING SPORT FROM 1991 TO 1998 AND A PROSPECT FOR ITS DEVELOPMENT IN 21st CENTURY

By way of literature, routine symbolic statistics etc, the authors analyzes the development of world heel-and-toe walking sport on every stage from 1991-1998.The paper illustrates that the modification of the definition of heel-and-toe sport in the end of 1995 did not do any undesirable influences on its development, and on the contrary, accelerated its fine development. we give consoles on the development of world heel-and-toe walking sport in the future, we must train and match in terms of the body biomechanics limits criteria which is determined by the peculiarity of the rules and the referee penalizing criteria ,and we should improve and advance the methods and matching especially the scientific plateau-training experiences, and improve the control on the athletes working ability before competition and the rhythm in the process of competition, meanwhile, pay attention to selecting suitable materials, training mental ability and restoration ability. All of these are the trends of heel-and-toe sport for the future .
