串口控制数字量输出及多通道组合选通器设计

摘    要:在进行超声数据发射与采集实验时,为实现多个数据发射和采集通道自动切换,将系统的激励通道和采集通道的使用权按算法规则分配给各个超声换能器,需要时刻对每个超声换能器的通断状态可控。设计了基于计算机串口控制的稳定数字信号输出卡,并利用其控制设计的多通道组合选通器执行通道选通动作。系统提供程序接口供用户或程序调用,通过该系统的实现,省去了多通道收发系统搭建的高额耗费,同时实现了检测的自动化。

Serial controled digital output and the design of multichannel switching device
Abstract:In the ultrasonic emission and data acquisition experiment, in order to get the data transmission and acquisition channel switched according to specified rules,Each switch state of every ultrasonic transducer must be controllable in any case. A controllable stable digital signal output card is designed which can be controlled by computer through the serial port, and a new designed multichannel switching device is then controlled by this card. An interface is provided for a user or a program, through the implementation of the system, cost of the multichanle ultrasonic test system can be largely saved,and it can be used for automated testing.
