圆管及内充压力介质管道撞击损伤与破坏的研究进展

摘    要:综述了国内外关于内空圆管及充有压力介质的管道经受局部撞击作用时的大变形与破坏的研究现状,从圆管的侧向撞击凹陷及其对管柱承载能力的影响、管壁的撞击穿透、圆管的斜冲击、内充介质及压力对冲击穿透的影响、分析模型等6个方面介绍了一些重要实验结果和处理该类问题的分析方法与力学模型,讨论并提供了一些在工程应用中有重要指导意义的研究结果.由于内充压力介质管道的冲击穿透破坏涉及内充压力介质与管壁在撞击过程中的相互耦合作用,其变形及破坏机理十分复杂,影响因素除了圆管的几何尺寸、支承形式、材料力学特性、弹体形状及冲击速度等,还包括内充介质密度及内充压力大小等诸多方面.本文对这一问题作了详细评述及讨论,指出了目前的研究结果中的不同结论,同时给出了内充压力介质对临界冲击穿透能量的影响趋势的最新研究结果,最后提出了进一步的研究方向以及采用的相应对策.图2参64

Abstract:The investigations on the damage and failure of empty and half-filled tubes due to local impact actions are summarized in this article. Some representative experimental and theoretical studies are reviewed from the following five aspects: the indentation of the tube impacted laterally, the residual strength of the damaged tube, the perforation of the tube, the oblique impact of the tube, the influence of the media filled in the pre-pressurized tube. A lot of valuable results for engineering applications are presented. The problems of the perforation of the tube filled by the media are discussed especially. The coupling of the media filled in the tube with the tube wall's deformation makes the analyses very difficult. We also discuss the influence factors of the ballistic limit and the failure mode of the tube, which include the tube's geometrical dimension, material properties, the boundary conditions, the shape and velocity of the projectiles, the media density and the magnitude of the pre-pressure. Many different results in the literature are compared and the new research results about the effect of the media and the pressure in the perforation of the tube are given in this paper. Finally the promising future development in this area is discussed.
