| 摘 要： | 在详细分析高新技术产业投入产出表和社会核算矩阵编制方法原理的基础上,基于最新的2007年135×135部门中国投入产出表,通过对其中的部门进行合并与拆分,得到了53个传统部门和12个高新技术产业部门的65×65部门的高新技术产业投入产出表.并在此基础上编制了9部门简化的社会核算矩阵,进一步地,本文在对简化的SAM进行扩展后得到了17部门细化的社会核算矩阵.最后,采用社会核算矩阵乘数分解和结构化路径方法研究了高新技术产业对国民经济各部门的带动效应.

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the principle of formulation methods of I-O table and social accounting matrix and then tabulates the 65×65 high-tech industry I-O table which includes 53 traditional industry sectors and 12 high-tech industry sectors based on the newest 135×135 I-O table of 2007.We also get the social accounting matrix of 9 sectors on the basis of that high-tech industry I-O table.Furthermore,the social accounting matrix of 17 sectors was presented by expanding that simplified social accounting matrix of 9 sectors.Based on the social accounting matrix,this article also studied the promotion effect of the high-tech industry on the national economy. |
