| Abstract: | This paper introduces the present situation of the competitive power of our country's minor enterprises and their restricting factors, discusses on the necessity of establishing the service system for the minor enterprises, expounds the successful experiences of foreign governments in establishing the socialized service system for the minor enterprises, and puts forward some measures for speeding up the establishment and perfection of the service system for our country's minor enterprises. |
