摘    要:以电气系统中二极管元件受温度与时间影响产生故障率为例,建立二元事故树描述多因素影响下的电气系统故障情况,进而描述多个元件组成系统故障概率分布情况。从而调整元件减小电气系统故障概率,应用到较为实际应用中。

Abstract:To failure rate of Diode a affected by temperature and time Example in the electrical system,Building binary Fault Tree to be described the electrical system fault conditions under the influence of multiple factors.Further described multiple components system failure probability distribution. Thereby adjusting the electrical system components reduce the probability of failure, the application to a more practical application.
