摘    要:介绍了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定米托坦中的汞,重点从消解方式、酸体系和微波消解程序等方面对样品前处理方法进行了优化。在优化的实验条件下,方法的检出限为0.005mg/kg,6次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差为7.7%,加标回收率为82.3%~85.7%。方法灵敏度高、稳定性好,而且准确度高。

Abstract:This article introduced a sensitive, reliable and accurate approach for the determination of mercury in Mitotane using inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The focus of this work is to optimize sample pretreatment procedure by investigating digestion methods, choice of acid system, and the microwave digestion programs. Under the optimized conditions, the detection limit was 0. 005 mg/kg. The relative standard deviation was 7.7 G for six parallel sample analyses. The spike recovery was in the rang of 82.3%-85.7%. The method has high sensitivity, good stability and high accuracy.
