摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对食品添加剂磷酸二氢铵中砷和重金属铅进行分析。实验过程确定了最佳测量条件,采用标准曲线法为定量依据,样品的加标回收率为98.12%~99.54%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.33%~1.2%,检出限为0.010 76~0.035 05mg/L,实验结果表明方法具有简单、快速、重现性好等优点。

Abstract:The arsenic and heavy metal element lead in food additives ammonium dihydrogen phosphate have been determined by the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) method. The best measurement conditions were studied by conducting experiments. The standard curve method was used to do quantification. The standard addition recoveries were 98.12%~99.54%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.33%~1.2%. The detection limits were 0.010 76~0.035 05 mg/L. The method has the advantages of simplicity, fast speed and good reproducibility.
