| Abstract: | Zhu Yuan-zhang's legal thought inherites and develops laws of Tang Dynasty.It is characterized by the following: safeguarding the imperial power and emphasizing severe punishment to supervise bueaucracies;mingling law with etiquette;attaching importance to the conciseness and stability of laws,publicity and promotion for the legal system. |
