转基因食品引发的法律问题探讨

随着转基因生物工程技术的不断发展和完善,转基因食品逐渐从实验室走进市场,开始融入人们的日常生活。转基因食品给人类带来好处的同时,其引发的食品安全、环境生态安全以及经济垄断等一系列问题,引起了各国的高度关注。而关于转基因食品国际贸易的法律法规不完善,还容易导致贸易壁垒措施的滥用。面对转基因食品问题,我国应该参照外国对转基因食品的监督管理和立法,进一步完善对转基因食品的管理,充分利用转基因食品的巨大商业契机,同时减少转基因食品国际贸易引发的负面影响,维护本国的权益。

On the Legal Issues of GM Food

With the development and the consummation of biological engineering technology,genetically modified（GM） foods has gradually gone out of the laboratory and gone into the market that has started to go into daily life.However,when we focus on a series of benefits that GM foods bring us,its potential problems also not allow ignore,such as food safety,environmental and ecological safety,a monopoly on economic etc.But different country has different rules on the problems that mentioned above.What’s more,the international laws and regulations about GM foods are not perfect.So it’s easy to abuse the trade barriers.Our country should learn supervision and legislation about GM foods of other countries so that we can make the management of GM foods become perfect.In this way,we can not only make good use of the business opportunities of GM foods,but also reduce the negative impacts on international trade of MG foods.It’s good for us to protect our own interests.
