Abstract:This is the second biennial review on the developments of food analysis in China in Fenxi Shiyanshi, which includes introduction,the application of various analytical methods(including specerophotometry and Iluminescence photometry, atomic absorption spectrophotometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry, atomic emission spectrometry, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, gas chromatography.GC-mass spectrometry, ion chromatography, thin layer chromatography, etectrochemical analysis. immunochemical analysis and other methods). adulterant detection and sensory test.etc.,during the period of Jan. 1990 to Feb. 1992 with 683 references cited.
