| Abstract: | Based on the generalized variational principle and the transformation properties of constrained system it is shown that the transverse shift of the centre of energy of the reflection and refraction of electromagnetic waves on the interface of dielectric media is in existence. Some mistakes in the paper10]are corrected. |
