| Abstract: | The construction of the digital libraries is a social systematic project. The persistent development strategies and related social communities' cooperation strategies about the construction of digital libraries are discussed in this paper, and the primary categories about some cooperation criteria are also proposed. The author summarizes the synergic network construction of digital libraries, and points out the talent cultivation stratagy. |
